How to draw Pokémon Meditite in 10 steps

What you will need

 A pencil

 Paper to draw on

 Colored pencils

Starting our drawing

1. First thing first, draw four construction guidelines. One down the center of the page, one horizontal across the middle and two diagonal lines.  We will be erasing this line later so don’t make it too dark.  This line will help us to make sure our Meditite is symmetrical.

2. Next, let’s just start on Meditite’s mouth. Use the guidelines for placement.  The top center of the mouth is where all the guidelines come together.

3. Now we will add in Meditite’s head. It is a bulb shape head.  The head is more round at the bottom and not quite to a point on top.  Use the guidelines for placement.

4. To wrap up the face, we will now add the eyes and cheeks. The cheeks are just small ovals on either side of the face.  Meditite’s eyes are two half ovals, one inside the other.

5. Ears are next! Draw two perfect circles on either side of the head.  Then show the swirls inside the circles.  Don’t worry about overlapping lines.  We will be removing these later.

6. Now we can add Meditite’s body. The body is short.  The top is slightly thinner than the bottom.  The body starts right beneath the face.

7. Now we can add in Meditite’s hands and arms. Use the guidelines for placement.  Meditite’s arms are outstretched with the hands turned toward the sky.

8. We are almost there! Last pieces we need to add are Meditite’s legs and feet.  The bottoms of the feet are facing each other.  The legs are bent.

9. Now our Meditite is almost done! We can remove the unnecessary construction lines and the overlapping lines.  Our drawing has the lines we are removing as red.

10. Now we are done! We can now color away!
